So this guy is going on a business trip, and he has to take his
secretary with him.  The secretary is really crazy about him too.

The first night on the train, she's in the top bunk and he's in the
bottom bunk.

"Mr. Ford? I'm cold! I need a blanket." she says.

"Miss Miller, how would you like to pretend you're Mrs. Ford tonight?"
he asks.

"Oh, I certainly would!" she replies happily.

"Good," he says, "then get your own blanket!"
